Jarrah table pics
Thought i`d load these pics up here, just finshed this slab of curly jarrah here tonight. Been battling the weather the last week and finally had a decent day to get the majority of the spraying done today.
The top has come up a lot better than i`d imagined, really has a lot of colour variation in there along with some nice curly grain.

looks good
curly grain is impressive
it seems much lighter than the Jarrah I've used, more like some mrytle i've got.

Hi Gooma,
Thats a nice looking slab, some lovely figure there.
What have you finished it with?
I'm assuming you rubbed it out, or did you get that perfect mirror finish off the gun?
Mine are never that perfect

Thanks for the kind words fella`s
I was a tad unsure as to how nice this top would come up with the colouring, but i`m really stoked with it.
I`ve sprayed a 2 pack cat laquer from Protec, 40% Gloss through a LVHP gun, think i ended up applying around 12 coats, LOL, but i lost count after a while.
I sanded back with a 320 grit after 5 coats and applied another 5 coats then sanded with a 1200grit, applied a further 2 coats and then a coat of 90 thinners 10% laquer to finish off.
Not sure but i may go over it with the EEE ultrashine and trad wax, havent used the EEE much before so i`m a tad hesitant to do so on this piece, but from all accounts it works very well.
cheers
Brad
