    Default Maloof low back chair

    Hello

I made this to go with the pedestal table I made a while back.
    It's made from Black walnut
I went about this the long way, I put a rough shape of the chair together, then set about shaping it with rasps.
It's hand sanded to #600 and 4 coats of Osmo PolyX
    Cheers!

That is one beautiful chair! That would have been a fun way to get the curves.

    Great job.

I like the look of this chair. I think SM said it was his favourite chair.
