I used a electric drill, a tablesaw, a bandsaw, a disc sander, a handplane and sandpapers. It is hard because they are so small, so they are very hard to handle. Being Ebony made it even more difficult.

Creg, you will be pleased that I am using the Blackwood. So far I have used about 0.5% of it.

Just a quick update. The cot is progressing nicely. Tas Blackwood is a beautiful wood but it is a pain to work with.

I agree shed time is more important

Both are really nice pieces Wongo.

Blackwood is one of my favourite furniture timbers. Glad you chose it for the cot.

I never worked with the wood but I am watching.
