I actually have a heap of images (33) on my own personal website, including the plans I used, listing of materials etc. I did have it linked in my first post, but I think they got deleted by the administrators for some reason. I will give you directions, go to my website, which is ozreefdotorg, click on gallery on the left hand side, then down the bottom you will see there an album called Personal, then a sub-album Woodwork, then a sub-sub-album called Sleigh Cot, click on that link.

Let me know if you have any further questions after having a look at those there.

Not sure if I have mentioned this or not, but I have also put in some screw holes in the sides, into which bolts will screw into, through the ends. This locks the side into place. I am using this currently on the side that is against the wall. Makes this more sturdy etc.

I provided directions, as it may be board policy not to post links?

Cool Now in the bed mode

Month or so ago finally converted it into the bed mode.

    Photo of it attached.

Next step I am going to make another headboard for it, probably 3/4 height. Then I will be able to make another base and set up a cot for the next family member about to come along.
