Andy,
I am afraid I did not go full-on Dark Side for this project; to have done so would have entailed far more refined skills than I possess. I only used Dark-Side methods to cut the dovetails, but even there I cheated by using a Veritas dovetail guide, which essentially removes the need for manual skill, and I routed away most of the waste between the dovetail pins on the drawer fronts, using my morticing jig.
The only other Dark-Side operation was scratching the beading around the door panel with a scraper.
Otherwise, I used my normal array of electron-burning machines to make this piece.

Nice job Rocker.
I hope you sort out the fainting so you can keep educating us.
There are some lovely French rasps that you could use for wood carving. Pretty safe woodworking until you get sorted.
All the best.Scally

A lovely piece showing off some beautiful wood.
Best wishes with your health concerns. Perhaps you could execute smaller projects going to the darkside---allowing you to continue working with wood without the risk of falling into danger? Those are my principles, and if you don't like them . . . well, I have others.

Rocker I enjoyed looking at your latest project but naturally sad to hear the news on the health front.
Perhaps a new roll of designing and publishing here on this forum would be the way to go forward for you and others, which must come to us all sometime.
Surf the web on woodwork and have a Rocker viewing page?woody U.K.

Jow,
I am still hopeful that I may be able to beat my problem; I am starting to think that I probably just need a pacemaker; I will be seeing my cardiologist next week and hope he agrees. I am not sure about a publishing role; you can't really publish on a design unless you actually build it and take photos as you go.

Best wishes, at least you are doing the right things.
You could always run a thread like a blog, with your knowledge and reputation craftsmen from all over the world would regularly look in.woody U.K.
