    Stitching horse in Red gum and Jarrah, the plan is from a book called farm woodwork dated 1910 and is available on Google books for free

    Now, that is nice!

    I can see myself building something similar for use in the shed... but I doubt that mine would have anywhere near the visual appeal of yours.

    For leather work like stitching boots etc the jaws hold the to pieces together while stitched. Looks really good hey.
