Looks good and solid. I'm not familiar with swamp kauri - do you know which species it is?

David, it's Kauri trees that have been submerged in swamps for up to about 50,000 years.

The timber is only meant to be exported as a finished product, so is not meant to be available o/seas.
I think the cellulose leaches out and the timber can't be used for structural purposes.
The minerals in the ground-water soak into the timber and affect the grain and colouring.
