    Default Vic ash table

Well parents have decided they want a table for their newly converted garage.. (now it's summer kitchen)

    They provided dimensions... 2400x700x770height...
design and materials were left to me
So all done... stained and put together
All I have to do is put lacquer on it...
So it should be done by Christmas time...

    First coat of lacquer done....
the mahogany stain mum got is absolute rubbish...
It actually comes off when applying lacquer so had to be very light coat just to seal the thing...
Think 4 coats would be sufficient.. have couple of tears too.. well will leave it overnight so tomorrow will light sand it and do second coat...20121216_172422.jpg20121216_172630.jpg
