    Default Blatant Brag.

As some of you may be aware, Sourdough Bread has been a long term interest of mine. I am proud to brag that at the moment some of my sourdough starter culture is on its way to the US as the base stock for growing culture for commercial sale.

Now if I can only get my head back down to normal size.

    Congrats Termy!

Not knowing a single thing about Sourdough (other than how it tastes) I assume that this is a very good thing.

Well now that you mention it.........you can imagine what the process was, considering terrorism etc, to get approval to send a live bacterial culture into the US.
You think we have a mad beaurocracy here in Aus? Mate at last count I think there was about 15 different US departments involved. Thankfully all handled at the US end of things. I told the US connection "You want it, you do the work for it".

Well it's a royalty based deal, and I don't expect a complete new workshop out of it, but there will be enough for a few goodies.

Well done mate , no sour grapes this time and if the Royalties are enough then your life will become one big loaf, and dough will be the yeast of your worries.

You really should have resisted the urge to say that as hard as I did
