Fair go, we have yet to play badly. We're the utter best. No need for panic. Nothing needs to be changed. We can loose this series 5-0 without an effort, no worries.

    Yup, let's sack everyone.

With the series level at 2-2, Australia just batted first in the decider. They just got 4/434 of their 50 overs. The highest ever ODI score by 36 runs. Those Australians are just a bunch of hacks that are well past their use by dates. Time for some new blood.

Beat me to it by half a sec Grunt old chap... of course if Hayden had been there, we may have hit 500.

Why is it all you knockers, take the score one match at a time instead of a series at a time?

Keep knocking them, eventually you'll be able to say you told us so!

Only the tests count. The ODI's are only put on to pay the wages.

South Africa win the greatest game
Australia powered to a world-record total of 434 for 4 - the first 400-plus score in the game's history ... and still lost
    YEP!!

Must have been some match! I reckon there'll be a few drawn test matches now!

I couldn't get to sleep so I wondered out to check out the score. SA needed 150 with 13 overs to go. Had to stay up and watch. Just a fantasitc game. Worth the no sleep.

Ponting bowled Mick Lewis for all 10 overs and he went for 11 an over. Lee bowled 8 at 8 an over. Why?

They showed a shot of Lewis after his spell. He was a broken man. I don't know if he'll play again. Confidence shattered.

While it was an exiting game because of the close finish, SA won on the second last ball with a wicket in hand, the pitch was so flat it made the bowlers look like grade cricketers. It took something from the game, IMO.

I watched every ball and thought it was fairly boring up until the last few overs. The pitch gave the bowlers absolutely nothing.

Once again Ponting loses the seemingly unloseable...

Watched the whole game. What an exiting finish.
What irked me though was the one-sided commentary by Tony Greig and Barry Richards. These guys left South Africa more than 30 years ago and now reap the benefits that Australia provides them. What charlatans they are !!!!!

I could hear Richards in the background several times commenting on "who the chokers are now", which I thought was disgusting. No one choked in the game (except the groundsman) it was a well and hard fought contest on a shyte tabletop pitch.
