Default A little help for me and a chance to win a great prize for you!!

    Hello community!!
I hope this kind of posts is allowed...it didn't seem to be breaking any rule

I recently renovated my backyard and I'm participating into a competition with my job - We are the first stage of voting and to proceed to the next stage I will need to be within the 10 most voted entries (and it's hard).
And here it comes your help...would you help me by voting my entry? If you do so, you will also automatically enter into a draw to win $10,000.

If you want to help me, just click on this link and then click on Vote Now. My entry is the number 12 but unfortunately they are not displayed in order. Just put "12" or "Nicola" in the search bar and my entry will appear.
You just need to insert your email (which will be used to validate your vote) and your phone number (which will be used to contact you in case you win the $10,000). Putting in you email is pretty safe, you won't receive spam.

Also, anyone with an Aussie phone number can vote, so you can pass the link to all your families and friends for a chance to win $10,000....and a small help for me!! Just remember them to vote for entry #12 (Nicola)

    Thanks a lot!!

Maybe I've missed something but I don't seem to be able to find any photos or any thing else that would make me want to vote for your work, not here or on the voting site.

Bit hard to ask for votes if there are no photos of what is being voted for.

I would think that members would like to see what it is they are voting on before doing so.

    Cheers - Neil

I found the OP's photos easily accessible by following the original instructions.

Nice work, but so are the other entries.

As a surly old curmudgeon I'm not disposed to boost the OP's or anybody else's ratings in a competition I don't care about, with or without the chance to pick up a few bucks, for the ultimate benefit of a manufacturer / retailer I don't know and don't care about.

Hey Neil, once you are in the voting site and have clicked on the button "Vote Now", you need to search for the right entry. To do so you can either scroll the entries until you find the entry #12 (my entry) or you can search for my name (Nicola) in the search bar. Once the entry is displayed, you need to click on it and a new window will open when you can see the other picture and put your vote it.

    Cheers

Hey rwbuild, as said, you need to click on the first picture to be able to access the other pictures and cast your vote.

    Thanks for the further info

I did find it on 4th try in the facebook link. After reading 4 lines of voting instructions. That extra info would have been of help up front.

Yeah, nice patio area but as rwbuild said, "very generic", but so were the few other photos I looked at for comparison.

I'm a bit cynical and untrusting of such things. So I didn't click on "vote now", as it strikes me that it's good advertising and contact mining ploy for the contest holder smartkits, with lots of new phone numbers and email addresses to target and send out unrequested info to. As I said I'm a bit of a cynic so that's just my take on it. It could all be above board as mentioned.

However, as much as I'd like to help, I really don't want to add to the massive volume of email spam, scams and other unwanted garbage that I get daily, with my genuine emails. I would be very surprised if voters don't start to get spam, etc. from this.

    Cheers - Neil
