Thread: Machines or Manual Juice

At our place we
- use a manual citrus fruit press, this generates excellent juice if that's what you we're after
- eat/drink quite a few fruit smoothies. whole fruit/ice and a soda water -we do this in a mini blender or to serve more than one in a Thermomix.

I guess I had left this a little bit of an open question.

I want to know if people prefer to make their own juice. How they are making it and what limitation they have with the way that it is made.

I use a machine and it makes juice in no time at all.
For citrud fruits I use my Kenwood citrus pressacessory, for others I have a separate fruit press.
Gives me beautiful clear juice if I want it and with pulp if that is what I want.
