Default A question for my fellow "Old Farts"

During a recent trip to the ugly big city for a doctor visit for the wife, we availed ourselves of the scales in the office and what do I find? At 50 I'm bang on my HS weight 30+ years ago of 174lbs./6'2". I have been over 200lbs. in younger years but since moving to the country fulltime last November everything seems to have fallen right back into line and I feel waaaay better for it. No take-out even remotely close to us helps a bit

So how many of you have maintained or re-attained that old HS weight? Fess up

My weight is perfect, I am just too short for it.

You've set us up here, Johnny. We've got nowhere to go but down ....

I therefore choose to employ the ralative anonymity of this forum to declare that I too enjoy a perfect weight/height ratio .

I've not only maintained my old HS weight, like all good investments I've added to it.

I can nearly beat my weight in Kilos over 18 holes. Does that count.
If at first you don't succeed, give something else a go. Life is far too short to waste time trying.

Even fatherhood has not quite made me an old fart yet but my weight stablised a while back, I just get relaxed muscle tone.

A lap around Albert Park Lake during my lunch hour has helped me no end this last few weeks.

Ah, less than when I worked in a bank, more than when I had a Jim's Mowing - will that do ?

Oh, hang on, reread the title - this is for old farts - I'll leave you lot to it

    Cheers...............Sean, slim pickings

I can now fit into a pair of years HWMBO bought me 7 years ago. That makes me pretty happy. Took 8 weeks, 2 heavy colds and a lot of hard work at home to be able to do it though but was worth it.
