    Default Nailguns kill

    G'day,

As if none of us already knew that nailguns don't kill.

Then this poor bloke found out.

Whoever did that really mustn't of liked the guy ... he was shot with more than just a couple of nails.
    Cheers.

Hope it wasn't a work accident on a union site.

I'm pretty sure the BLF were disbanded.
    Cheers.

Going on 50 years ago an apprentice plumber in Perth was shot in the head by a Ramset/Hilti nail a carpenter was using to fix something to a masonry surface, it ricochet and it hit the apprentice in the forehead at about the hairline above his eye, it was a miracle he survived, he ended up with a plate in his head.

Those things have scared the crap out of me ever since.

Similar thing happened when the Flinders medical centre in Adelaide was being built. Someone went to Ramset something to the floor, it went straight through an expansion joint and killed a bloke working below.
