What Tool Is That!
I found this on the side of the road during council clean-up. I assume is is for bending something. But what does it bend and how does it work? Inside the curved metal fence is a number of part drilled depressions. The main roller is offset. Is it still useful as a tool?

Go knock on the door of the house where you found it and tell them you've stolen their trash now can they tell you how to use it!
Looks interesting. The bumps maybe some sort of ratchet? I wonder if it is complete?
If it was for bending it would need to clamp one end and drag it around, this usually involves a roller.…..Live a Quiet Life & Work with your Hands
