Small Folding Step Ladder

Does anyone have or know where I can get access to design plans for a small but robust folding timber step ladder up to 1 metre in height?

Is this for a project or do you want to use it a lot. If it's just for general use, pick one up at Super Cheap Auto. Last I saw they were less than $20. If it's a woodworking project you want to get stuck into then I can't help.
