Both boxes were sculpted from Australian Red Cedar.

Extremely nice, Sculptured Box! (or is it Tony....)

I was wondering if about your blade. Did you go 1/8"? Any problem with slop due to large kerf?

I've seen these before, but yours are real sculptures. I love the soft feel you've given the shapes. Well done!

Good to see the word spread!

I am currently working on making bandsawn box plans available on the web. The idea is that you will download a PDF plan (actual size) print it, then off to the workshop to follow the instructions, with progress photographs of each step.

If you are interested I welcome a show of hands (a one line message) to that effect, via this Forum!

All going well a number of FREE bandsawn box plans will be available June 2006 onwards.
