Default New to Band Sawn Box's

Hi I'm new to band sawn box's, have made a lot of dovetail box's. I purchased a second hand band saw a while ago, and have been reading this forum for a while. I thought I would have a go at some band sawn box's as they look beautiful. I do like the look of the Tsunami box by Lois Keener Ventura. I have tried to find her book Building Beautiful Box's with your Band Saw, but it is nowhere to be found and also out of print. Does anyone know where it might be found, or at least where to get the box templates. I have a 1/4 8tpi blade. if anyone can offer me some advise as to whether this would be suitable or not, or any advise in general would be much appreciated.
Cheers John.
