    Default Spring Bud

probably should be held back until our Spring - but whatever - it is called Spring Bud.

    Again, Australian Red Cedar.

Lovely piece Tony. This is the true art sculpted freeflowing style that I appreciate from your work.

Very, very nice, how many hours did you put into this one, especially sanding the finish

Now that 'un I really, really like!

Pity I don't have a paper dog in Hell's chance of copying it...

    Tony,
That was my favourite, unfortunately it only came in third in the Decorative Wood section, behind a magnificent harp guitar and an intarsia sea eagle.

Maybe next year a seperate box section.

Many thanks for that info. Will you be posting images of the winning works on this Forum?

Tony, I'm hoping to get some photos taken before the show opens today....need toget another sponsor banner up, find the 3.6 metre ladder, organise the troops, etc

Bloody beautiful, Tony, a masterpiece of craftsmanship.

Do you have any tips on finishing the inside of the narrow cuts? I have trouble with these particularly where they narrow to bugger all. Any special tools that help?

    Kind regards,

    Barrie
This bit should be completely ignored, although I know that despite this warning, you will read it through to the very end.
