Hi, I am new to intarsia and would like to buy a pattern for a white cockatoo. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction?

Mongrell! What a site! Thanks for the link. I can see spinoffs to the local wildlife already.

Fantasticwoodworking.com Have had a look over the site too. Am buying some of the patterns to include with my future projects. Read about the Intarsia Patterns in the American Publication,- Creative Wood Crafts,- but never ever expected to discover an Australian owned site that specializes in Intarsia, and Wood Sculptures.
These types of patterns, and designs opens up an entirely new realm of woodworking projects for those who are creative enough to have a go, as I think almost anything can be incorporated into an Intarsia pattern, or design;- Flora; Fauna; Buildings; People; Sea Creatures; Aircraft, even Motor vehicles could all be made into Intarsia projects.
I have been in touch with the owner of, Fantastic Woodworking,- Steve Bundred, and put simply, " tossed a few ideas around," which Steve has expressed interest in for the future.
    Roger.
