New colchester lathes
Hello,
I have always been around the 70's style square head stock triumph 2000 and mastiff 1400 lathes for 15 years. I have always like there speed selection, forward/reverse lever, and quick change gear box and so on.
I'm wondering what the new Colchester mascot/mastiff variable speed lathes are really like? I only see a start/stop button and no lever. The carriage wheel appears to be in a very different position to the old colchesters.
Does anyone know the price of these machines? I'm very aware of the price of Chinesse, TW, Indian, Italian and French machines.
