    I had a play with the online software that yjnb just posted the link to and it is absolutely brilliant.

    Actually the scenario that Doc58 was looking for Grahame Collins method would work with very little error and it would only require minor adjustment.

    Barry,

    I agree, I got the link to this site from Bill Pentz's dust collector website, although I couldn't find that link today.

    I have used this software for all my dust collector junctions with good success. I expect that it will work just as well for smaller pipe.

    I guess it is another "how accurate is accurate enough" situation. I have used Graham's cardboard template where there is less requirement for accuracy and it also works well.
