Help on choice of tool
Here is a 4" stink pipe which is only thin gal.
It's totally rotted at the bottom so my idea is to cut the pipe off near the eave and slip a plastic replacement pipe over it and down to the elbow below.
Thin gal is not easy to cut with a hacksaw because of jamming. What's your suggestion for a suitable tool to cut this through one handed while hanging on to a ladder for dear life 20 feet up in the air ?
