    Default Hobby Metal Supplies

    Hi All
I live on the NSW Central Coast and am just starting out and trying to find a source off steel (Brass-Steel-Aluminium) supplies. Any info on where you guys shop would be great. Online would also be good as I have trouble getting around.

    Thanks for Reading.....Phill

Action Aluminium in Smithfield is a good source for ally, good machining grades.

They do have offcuts of plate there, but most of the extrusion seemed to be per length (Flat bar, rounds ect.)

Small supplies can be purchased from most hobby stores but they are not the most economical way to buy things.

Thanks to all that supplied info on this and an apology for not responding sooner but an unexpected trip to the local hospital limited my computer access for a time. Once again thanks. Regards....Phill
