    Default Homemade bandsaw blade welder

    Thought I'd share this video I just posted about a home made bandsaw blade welder someone gave me. I have no clue as to how it was made but it I'm sure you guys here can make one!! Here is the link to the video, its very short:

    Default anealling?

    The weld is very brittle after welding and will snap if not anealled...
    Remember if the ID exceeds the OD the hole will be on the outside!

    yes,I forgot to mention it here. I originally posted it in a different forum and wrote a little about it on youtube. After the blade comes out you heat it with a torch until it turns pink ,then when it cools you can bend it ,pull it, cut with it.
