    Default Hydroforming

An interesting idea on forming complex round shaped...

I probably not a big fan of his pipe fittings though, but it works...

I think the presenter is a bit of an anchor with a "W" in front. Nice idea though.

He's "different" but that's what makes the interweb an interesting place. This is the next video from him where he uses the process to make a pulse jet. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bCsg5pQimWI

Come to think of it, I did something like that once with out using any pressure at all. Repairing a fuel tank, welded the same spot 3 times, then KABOOM . The fuel tank ended up as a squarish, roundish shape, and my ears rung for a couple of hours.

A warning for those who wish to try this at home...
We have used pressure washers at work for pressurising test chambers. One thing to bear in mind is that they don't like high pressure/ no flow. Once you have your shape don't continue to run the pump or you might kill it. (one of those "don't ask me how I know" things)

No comment on the grounds it might incinerate or incriminate me, don't know which is correct.

Default Actually I think he is ok

Yes he is over the top but if you flick through his vids he has put up some really cool stuff. He never pushes that he is a precision machinist, does some crazy stunts. As he has gained more followers he has put more out there antics.
Still want to say good on him for now being full time doing what he thinks is crazy.

The burn shots in emergency are not good.
Makes me reflect when we would play a game called night soccer, toilet roll soaked in petrol, set alight and game on, laughs a plenty until someone decides to go for a header.

Try lighting the BBQ with a gallon of petrol.
First pour a trail thru the vans and tents.
Being a brick BBQ enough soaks in so that for the next hour or so it explodes periodically.
Then float a cardboard box on the Manning and shoot fire arrows at it.
Mates wife was most upset when the logs on the riverbank erupted in the early hours.
    My kids?
Thank god their not like me or my mates were.

I had a go at this a while ago, just for fun but was careful to use an explosion guard (pic below). Safety first, guys.

The video prior to this one shows a good source of electromagnets.
