Any one know if Pete F is flying tonight? We can get in there and take no prisoner's.

I know we don't discuss other forum's and I wish them well. But I don't think that's a good thing. It's going to attract to many "experts" like your Monarch thread.

I've been reading some of those guys for a decade. Took me 10 years to find they were only parroting Forest. One of them bought his first ever bearing blue / canode last December. (J.T) Yet I've been reading what a guru he was for 10.

Rich and Nick will keep it alive for a while.

We could put up the laser cut scraping gauge. That's a new thread, but I fear we would be hammered for knocking off a Biax design. Like they have the patent on a radius gauge.

P.S Doe's any one have Nick's address? I want to send him one.

    Regards Phil.

Thanks Ray. I'm going to have to take a really sharp pencil, to the post office to get Schwabhausen on the envelope.

Well, I can only imagine how excited the participants must be getting...

And look, here are some nice inserts getting a nice neat radius ground into them..

Did you buy that T&C grinder from Ryobi, or are you consulting to them on paint schemes for maximum visual offence?

You've now managed to convince me that a pink 10EE isn't the worst colour one can use on a machine tool....

Is that going O.K? I was guessing you would have put a 14" diamond wheel up on the cylidrical, and a blade holder in the work head. But I dont have a radius attachment for a T & C grinder.

Looking good so far. Theres parts of this project all over the country. Some of the carbide at R.C's place in Rocky. I have scraper shanks further North of him for laser cutting of the tangs. More scraping gauges. Cast iron is all over the place down here for cutting and machining.

Handles are all over the State, in various forms. Pigments, blues and Canode from all over the planet. More carbide being EDM wire cut.

    Regards Phil

Ha I remember that last scraping class. One ebay seller saw a very sharp spike in sales of Prussian blue pigment!

That would have left them scratching their head!

Both classes are Saturday / Sunday affairs. September 13 & 14. And October 4 & 5. You are in the Oct weekend Aaron.

Every one that was requested a deposit from, are all paid up. That makes 26 blokes. 13 per weekend.

    Regards Phil.
