Getting out of hand
Bollie, and other concerned members.
The external dims were changed with my consent to suit their material. We are only talking a few mm's here and there.
None of the changes made any difference to the functionality of the guide.
The reason I'm having one of the guides reworked is this. The sliding door is solid hardwood approx 2m x2m and weighs a ton.
As the door closes, the gap under it decreases which indicates that the floor is out, or the overhead track is not horizontal.
The track has no adjustment built in and is bolt fixed into the wall studs. The track is 60 x 6 ms flat on edge. I did not design the track.

Ken, if you are still wanting to have the milling job done, I am working in Coburg today and can swing by and pick up the track to be milled and drop it back on Sat.
PM sent with ph number.
Cheers Andy
