    PD003=50
    PD004=50
    PD005=70

    PD007=20
    PD008=255
    PD009=13
    PD010=6.5
    PD011=0

    PD015=10

    PD023=1

    PD026=0

    PD028=50
    PD029=0
    PD030=3
    PD031=20
    PD041=3
    PD042=5

    PD142=3.4
    PD143=4
    PD144=1430

    You dont have a number for PD083 and PD085. PD150-PD0156 are messed up in your list(but they match up with mine so I assume thats all ok).

    But other that a mistake in my settings(PD007=20. it should have been PD011=20), the differences for VSD size(mine is 2.2kW), different motor specs(either my amps is low or yours is high PD142) and that my VSD is set up for braking. I cant see anything that can help you.

    Is it a new VSD? might be time to try your luck with your supplier.

    Hey g'day Uee,

    I've done that - 003 is moot point as its the function that will always vary, depending on what your doing..

    083 and 085 are both 0..

    It is a new vsd - the cost of shipping back packing cheaper just to buy a new one - perhaps a different make...

    Thanks for going to all that trouble Stuart, and everyone else its much appreciated.

    026 should not change how the stop button works, just how the motor slows down.

    Ew

    So I gathered but funnily enough if I put pd026 to 0 the stop button doesn't work. set to 1 its ok so go figure....

    Hi Ewan,

    In case you lose it again... here's another spare copy... Huanyang Library

    Those are the ones that Joe Hovel revised and edited, and include the error messages that are often missing from some manuals.
