It could be a lot of things but it definitely is not a rocker arm grinder, it is some sort of 2 flute tool grinder, probably just a drill sharpener.

While I'm asking for things, can we have another set of pictures as per the last set but with the holder turned so the cam is at maximum "lift" please.

    Hi Stuart
The concave profile of the cam seems to look better for drill sharpening geometry.
As you turn the holder anti clockwise ( from the tip of the cam) the bit moves closer to the wheel, grinding more off the heel of the cutting edge.
The numbers on the indexing tubes are a mystery to me. Also the indexing crosses on the tubes dont match up with the point of a drill bit very well. This makes me think, other than
    drill bits.

It seems strange that it only has 4 collets as it appears to be capable of taking from #60 to 5/16".

    HI,
I would say a Drill Bit Grinder, but it seems to have only a limited number of collets. Its certainly not a Valve Refacer a Valve Refacers usually had an attachment available for them to Grind Rocker Arms. There is surprisingly vey little on the Internet on Warren & Brown Machine Tools. I will try and have a look at work tomorrow at an old Repco Catalogue and an old Macpherson Catalogue and see if it might be in them.

    HI,
I just wanted to give You an update. Sorry but I have not had a chance to look at the old Catalogues at work yet. I will try and do this before the weekend though.

    HI,
I finally got around to having a look at the Old Catalogues at work and sorry, but I didn't have any joy. There is plenty of Warren & Brown gear in the Repco one but not what You need to know.
