    Default capacity

I'd take a ub100 if it was cheap secondhand

110mm x 10mm thick capacity would be ideal, but I'd consider any thing in the flat bar stakes right now.

    i don't even have one !

    thanks kryn

What sort of bends are you looking at doing? Do you have a garage press and angle blocks?
I have used the press and angle iron to bend heavy flat bars 120 X 12 20 tonne jack.

all sorts of bends Kryn. all I have at moment is pipe bender portable generic P.o.s.

would like to be able to make structural brackets and fittings etc

also would be handy for solid rod I guess.

    have a nice day

When you say pipe bender, do you mean one of the hydraulic ones you see all over the place? If so, seems to me it probably wouldn't be too hard to make some other tooling up out of scrap for it to bend flat bar.

You know the drill, NO PICS, didn't happen. Plus the fact, don't know what a Bramley looks like. So a picture PLEASE.

Thanks for that. Similar to the UB100 but a LOT better constructed and beefier.
