043 Turnings
Hi all
Anybody had problems with 043 Turnings NS. I ordered a pen fro them, paid for it and show and even contacted them 4 times by phone or email. Sill no answerWith kind regards and may the wood chips fly

Mark has a new contract outside of his 043 and is travelling back and forth between Adelaide and Melbourne. Things may settle for him when he has moved to Adelaide n

Thanks for that bit of info, however, it would have been good to receive some sort of public notice, that way, we are not guessing ! also, customers with orders SHOULD have received some notification, I believe that most would be fairly forgiving, but service is service! Amos

I have had a heap of problems trying to get orders filled. I have tried email and text and phonecalls, nothing returned. I ended up going elsewhere, along my mates. I finally got to speak with Mark and he said everything is Ok, but I can't operate like this

I am very surprised and dissapointed that Mark (043 Turning) has not come on here and had a say to answer some of the criticism people have been raising I know he has put a lot of effort and time in over the years to try and get something going but for some reason he has not been returning calls or commenting on here and I hope he soon reappears or it will be to late to help anyone.

Well it appears that I have dropped the ball, for that I'm sorry, I have been a little busy and things personally are a but of a roller coaster. I understand that people have concerns, and for that I'm sorry - I could have taken a different approach in hind sight , however I'm not sure that would have made a difference based on some of the sarcastic comments I received.
I chose not to respond to them as any reply would only inflame an ill informed audience ( which no doubt so will this )
I know orders were a little slow ( ok a lot slow)
Of those paid for they have all been delivered - again I'm sorry
Hazza - the pen swap clear slipped my mind , so please pm me and if your interest I'll send you mine ( don't send yours till mine arrives )
The web site was updated nearly a month ago - and I'm surprised with your Responce Ian , as you know the situation (not as much as you probably want too but more than most)
It is a Shame that people only remember you for the bad times . And not the recent sierra sales or bolt buys or cactus juice or any of this other information we have passed on (would be nice to be responding to one of those posts )
Once again I can only say sorry. And should you feel it's worth partnering up again I hope it is a better experience
