Default 1st pen this year..... has it really been that long???

Anyway, in between boxes etc, the wife tells me it's her Boss's 10yr work anniversary coming up, so I asked her if I should make him a pen, that'd be nice she said. That's fine as I'm going to send her company the bill!! Hahaha.

so 10yrs in the meat and livestock industry, what wood to use to best reflect the industry and relate? I can't just use Silky oak, Iron Bark, Zebra wood as nice as it is just doesn't work...... what else but BeefWood!!

on a Sierra Upgrade Gold with Trivalent Chrome (timberbits). Box not made by me but bought from GPW some years ago before they sold out.

I am out of activator so I didn't use CA as I would've liked, so ran with eee then a couple of coats of Shellawax Glow.

he can always return it if it goes flat and full and I can Sand and coat with CA later.
