    Default Accelerator sprayer

I am using a Milwaukee Sprayer to apply accelerator to CA on the pens. The company also goes by the name of Sure Shot Sprayers. The sprayer is an atomiser which the compressor hooks up to and pumps in 100psi with each 8oz of accelerator. Unfortunately the nozzle is worn out and only shoots out a jet rather than a spray. A pack of 6 replacement nozzles can be obtained from the US for $1-32. Unfortunately they want almost $27 for postage through USPS and $78 postage through UPS. Makes it an expensive exercise for a cheap part.

Does anyone know if there is anywhere here where the nozzles can be purchased.

    Default Maybe make one ?

    Are they complicated things ?

Maybe a local machinist or friend with a metal lathe or yourself could make one for you ?

May not have explained it properly. What I am after is the plastic nozzle for the top. You press it to release the spray. Just like using a can of Mortein. I just need the part designed for the accelerator spray bottle without going to the supermarket and trying every spray top they have cause they might get a bit annoyed

Yep I broke mine too, leaving a bit down the hole, so I couldn't even use another replacement. Normal knobs go over the little tube, whereas the knob you want has the little tube attached and it goes into a hole.

I will watch with interest, but I just bought another locally here: Refillable Spray CAN Multi USE FOR Cleaning Oils Paint More Aerosol CAN | eBay

Try one off a pressure can of spray paint ,they just pull off and can be replaced ,I have used 2 different pressure bottles similar to yours, and both came with spare nozzles cheers ~ John

Thanks. I will try a spray paint nozzle as the small tube remains in the pressure pack the same as the Louie the Fly can. It did come with a replacement nozzle and O rings but then again I spent 3 days cleaning out the garage and tool room and taking 4 ute loads of rubbish to the dump - and I had an assistant who would not know what they were. So there went any replacement nozzle.

I can't believe just how expensive US postage is now and they told me it is increasing from 27 January I think it was. The E-bay cans are definitely the way to go.

I tried the spray paint nozzle without success although I do have a can of red paint now Guard your fences and walls.

Plan B - off to E-Bay to buy a new atomiser.
