Arariba Ligero
Hello Everyone Happy New Year.
I found these 4 Arariba blanks from my local hangout. One of the nicest blanks I have seen for a while. Yes, I had to google it. Have a read about this wood here --> Arariba
The pen kit is Ligero. Finished it with CA (many coats). Buffed with Novus 3, 2, and 1.
Comments are welcome.
Regards,
Penl8the (Branden)

Very nice. Goes well with that kit, which I have not seen before.
The Arariba looks similar to our Osage Orange when turned.Dallas

Very nice indeed. Thanks for the pics of the blanks also.
Did not see on your reference site that they can be used for pens tho. Looks like another use for them.

Beautifully made pen, blank and kit really compliment each other. Fit and finish of a very high standard.
The Ligero is almost identical to the Berea El Grande, which is one of my favourite kits.

Plain but striking at the same time (the timber that is). The match of timber & kit works very well & the finish is masterly, well done.
