Brad i got the Kits from Taylorsmirfield in England .. Postage is actually very cheap, cost about the same amount as getting things posted within OZ
They are in their Premium Range, they also have some rustic Copper and Silver version that i also purchased

I tend to run out of superlatives in the morning ,suffice to say the pen is magnificent. This covers that excellent ,blank and super dooper kit.OOps my finger slipped on the I want a pic ignore this the pic is excellent.
