Three Australiana's
I was asked to make a couple of Australian themed pens for the international judges of an upcoming dog show. The Silky Oak and Red Mallee burl (two pics of the same pen) are for the judges. One of the women on the dog show board is off to Finland in Aug and was after a gift for her hosts so the third pen will be going overseas too.
The laminated one was the backup blank from the latest international pen swap and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.
Finish on all pens is CA sanded to 12000.

Neat group of desirable pens, success with the laminated one must have given you a thrill as it turned out great. There will be some happy receivers I am sure.

Hey Corbs,
Well done and finished, I'm sure that the Judges will give you 10/10 for those.
Those Australiana EB's go well with the Overseas recipeints, David did a good thing when he designed those.

Hi Corbs
There great looking pens.
Like the others have said, the segmentation is very impressive. It's my favourite.
Thanks for sharing.

Nice set of pens mate, it's good you were able to find a use for the spare laminated one. Is that the black card edging or is it a metal sheet?

Paul, I had them at work today in the car... could have given you a look when you picked up the wood. The black is cardboard
