    Default Bamboo Croc Jaw

    I finished this last week but have not had a chance to post pictures till now , Its a High end "Bamboo" kit , with one of Neil's (dai sensei ) croc jaw creations . This one is destined for a collector in the UK Cheers ~ John

    Rumnut ! because the jawbone is stabilised and cast in acrylic I use my usual CA Finish To get an even finish between bone and acrylic, cheers ~ John

    That's a great collaboration between yourself and Neil. A real feather in your cap to have it going to a private collector. Well done, it looks great.

    Looks good John , but really pushing the boundary of the blank

    You were lucky considering drilling the cap on this kit was 35/64" and almost shaved too much of the jaw . I don't recommend the Aus Salt Water Croc blanks, even the big ones, for pens this large due to the smaller size of the crocs used.

    Nice Job John

    is the resin colored with copper pearlex, looks a bit brown in the pickies, if its the copper it should sparkle intensely
