    Default First blanks cast yeeha

Well I've finally done it. After attending the recent casting demo at Neil,s place I have completely reinvented my workshop to now include a "casting room" and the first casts have been poured.
1 x green with titanium dust
1 x orange with titanium dust
2 x orange with flourescent yellow
    3 1/2 x Purple/rosebud pink with pearl white pearlex
Overall I'm "flammin appy" with the result & hopefully get some time this week to turn them into pens.

Looking good, well done. Even more satisfying when you turn them into a pen

    Cheers

Great job and some wonderful colours. I still haven't had a chance to power up the pressure pot.

Hey Rumy you're lost now...............next week I'm making molds for all sorts of different kits. It's addictive just like pen making and turning.

Hey Greg get that pot powered up. I just finished putting mine together the other day, a lot easier than I thought. I took it up to 45 left it overnight & it only lost about 3 kpa so I'm happy with that.

    Trev

I've got tubes to set in resin. Damn just remembered I left some outside to dry They are hand painted and ready to go but I haven't been able to get to the shed since I retired. SWMBO has had me doing renovations to the house, painting (which I hate) and a thousand other jobs. Next week there might be one shed day if I am lucky
