    Default May challenge 1, 2 & 3

    Had some time last weekend and got stuck in and did my 3 in a session.
    The first is Sierra with cross cut Blackwood. Depending on which angle you look at it the colour and luminescence changes as shown in the photos.

    The second is a Sierra stylus with Brown Mallee Burl

    The third is a JR Victor with a blank I got from Neil (dai sensei) a few years ago when he was around our area. It was hard to read the details on the blank but I could read Ash which I think had been stabilised and some dye added in the process and then cast. Probably not my favorite pen but my wife liked it so maybe it's a lady's pen.

    A great looking trio Dallas.
    Hard to pick a favourite, but I think the Blackwood has its nose slightly in front for me.
