    Default Cypress pine Sierras

Two pens made form timber donated to the Toowoomba GTG by Pasho, thank you David, we have all shared in this one. David supplied about 30 blanks and they were distributed to those who wanted them.

The kits are from Timberbits Thank you also David.

The finish is shellawax glow timber was sanded to 12000 MM and four coats of shellawax glow.

Thank you Neil for all the info in the long informative thread, I hope this meet your approval.

I have put a link to the tread on some oversea pen forums so they can also learn from it so far I have had some good replies.

    Hey Sam,

    Well done as usual.

Have you done a comparison with the Shellawax vs the Shellawax Glow, to see the difference?

I'd also like to say thanks to Pasho for the blanks. They will soon be a bunch of sierras and cigars

Nice work Sam. Is the timber scented as you turn it?

Beautiful aroma on turning, and still some left after sheelawax.

Russell as far as I am aware and someone with more knolledge chime in the glow is for darker timber and brings out the highlights and the standard id for the lighter timbers
