    Default Dire straights!!

I have had the most ball breaking mess up of all time and need some help to recover from this.

i have made a double end closed Pen, whilst pressing in one of the parts the acrylic has cracked, can this be fixed with CA glue or do I have to start from scratch again?

    any suggestions?

Disaster averted. Some black fountain pen ink and thin CA did the trick then taped off the area and went from 600/800/1200 then micromeshed by hand up to 12,000.

i could've cried. But nup, I put it down, went and grabbed a kebab (after posting to forum) then thought in the meantime I'll try this whilst waiting for a response. Whala!!

Nice save. Sounds like you saved the day.
I have cracked a few blanks while pressing the bits in also.

I was in panic stations as it was the double end as a gift and I didn't want to go back to scratch. but yes happy with the recovery.
