Default Does anyone know???

Blue Glass Fiber Pen Blanks: For 10mm Pens: 3/4 x 3/4 x 5 at Penn State Industries

Does anyone know where I can get that blue fiberglass material like the ones that PennState Industries uses on their blanks they sell??? I want the material so I can cast my own. Maybe you all have a place over on that side of the pond. I am interested. Thanks.
