Duck Feathers and PR
Made by Dave Underhill for Sierra series pens.
Turned, sanded to 400 grit, buffed super fine steel wool and polished with FLITZ.

From what I understand all you do is arrange and glue the correct size feathers to whatever kit tube you want and cast in PR.
