Ian you have just about covered everyone that has the bulk of the kits in this country. There are many other people that sell bits and pieces like myself but I am only sell a small amount of item to friends and a couple of others. What I am getting at is that we only sell what you can already get from the main half dozen or so people.
Cheers Ian

Hey Ian. I've got some good gear off Ryan at Pen Kits - WoodTurningz About 14 day turnaround, but they have some unique kits and blanks you can't get here. Good mob to deal with too. No worries !

Hey Ian,
The only other place that I shop for Pen bits is Craft Supplies USA, if they don't have what I want, David has what I need.

You'veq pretty much got all the Aussies, and a couple O.S. Buying from the US isn't too bad at the moment, especially if the kits aren't available locally, with the dollar so high, but you have to handle the wait, more potential for lost mail and lack of local support if there are problems.
If you are after bulk quantity and better prices, there's always the chance to run a group buy. It's hard work organising it all though, and you don't always get enough response to make it worthwhile.

Vermec also sell a range of pen kits. They also sell stainless steel bushes to suit the range of kits they sell, which may be of interest to some.
