    Default Future Pen Blanks ?

The python that lives above my workshop in the Leopard tree came down for his yearly visit last night and I found this around the lathe/sander/shelving this morning still moist. It usually uses the back of my tool peg board to help get the old skin off, it has a mixture of nails and screws sticking through, but this time the shelf strap support must have been perfect. The first time I have got the skin in one piece. It has grown a fair bit since last year, that roller door opening is 2.1m high, and the head is still missing .

Yes Troy, a Bown is not the same as a Python, don't really want it hanging about.

Personally I have no fear of snakes, but a healthy respect, especially the Taipan that has been cornered in my front entrance way twice over the past couple of years. Last time he reared up too . I tend to make a lot of noise, especially when looking through the wood piles, usually scares anything away.

A taipan in the woodpile screams 'shotgun' or for Nai's sake, Pete the snake catcher (online). Those buggers will chase you if they get annoyed - hope you can run fast.

I agree Greg a cornered snake is a very deadly one weather it's a python or a venomous one. If a wild python bites u it can become infected if not treated and as for the venomous ones well dont think I need to go there let's me just say a strike from any snake is quicker then any human will ever be trust me on that one considering I have been bite a few times by my own pythons and I have had the pleasure of dealing with a few agro tigers aswell (never be biten by a venomous by the way coz I respect the snake) but all that said I would rather deal with a snake any day compared to some people thats for sure lol especial working in retail P
