Default "Goldfields" Red Gum FP Roman Harvest

Well, after diligently giving Arry all the advice needed not to have a blow out, here it is-despite following the advice I gave, ---the real culprit was me!!!. I dug in suddenly and too deeply and bang, there it was all shattered, so I decided to try a rescue with sawdust and glitter, and here is the result. Amos

Well Branka, you need to be an "expert" to have a blow out like that, years of practise blowing up blanks makes me qualified.
However, the fill is CA , glitter ,and sawdust, let it harden, then gently cut back the big bulge, if you go to fast you can pull the whole filling out!, don't ask how I know! then sand and apply CA finish, Amos

Very nice save Amos and a great looking pen. The glitter worked perfectly.

Good one Amos I hope you poured some thin CA into the " feature " before filling to get into any underlying areas , and if you are short of redgum I can send you some hehe !
    Cheers ~ John !
