    I sold out on all my timber pens, so have to get a few back in stock. This is the first one, some more are glued up and ready to turn.

    That is one fine looking pen.

    I love the grain on the blank. I don't think I have seen grain like that on Hairy Oak.

    I like that one but then I like almost all the "oaks" hehe, Not hard to Imagine I could see the little "faces" of the wood spirits peeping out of that one Cheers ! ~ John

    Thanks People, yes its one special looking piece of timber that one.
    Found it in a box of odds & sods, it had $1 written on it, I got 2 Jr Gent blanks and 3 Lucida blanks out of it. All of them had some birdseye, but this one was the nicest.
