    yep got myself some of that there holy land olive wood from bethlehem / jerusalem , very nice stuff to work with , first time i have turned olive wood , its nice but i still think huon is the best wood i have turned so far .
    anyway done one pen with it so far a chrome baron .
    gloss CA finish .

    Very nice pen. Turned a few slim line in same timber. I love the smell when drilling and truning.

    How authentic is the Olive? I ordered some once that came with a certificate, but when I got it, the certificate was just a colour photocopy You rely heavily on the honesty of the seller.

    i bought it from jerusalem , and the parcel came from there so i would assume its dinkum .

    That is a sure bet I would say Mine came from a USA supplier
