I needed some a couple of years ago and had to buy them overseas through Ebay. There are various sizes available.

I was restoring a couple of Conway Stuart fountain pens for a client.

most fountain pen kits you will buy are actually cartridge pens ..... primarily designed to take prefilled cartridges.
There is a piston type cartridge that plugs in where the standard refillable usually goes, this gives a pretty much fountain like operation.

In my youth cartridge pens where a bit of a fad, we used to refill the cartridges just by squeasing them in an ink bottle.

Thanks for all your replies , but this is for a kit less pen there is no cartridge or plunger here . The reservoir Will be the body and at the end opposite to the nib is a bulb or sack that when squeezed will expel air out of the barrel nib then goes into a bottle of ink and bulb is released , sucking ink into the main body . On e full a cap is screwed over the bulb to prevent a credential release of ink and complete the body of the pen

No, I gave them to the client for safe keeping

From memory I bought a lot of 6 and used 2. Looked everywhere here in Oz and couldn't find any, so got them from the US on Ebay.
